Bummer. The dollar has hit a new low and now you need to pay a buck 53 cents for every Euro.

My daughter's German host sister is getting married in August and the dropping Bush Bucks is making us think hard if we can afford the trip. We're close to the family, but paying $300 a night for a hotel room might be appealing.

Thanks George for your economic non-management, deficit spending, oil dependence and your idiotic occupation of Iraq hemorrhaging money for making this trip possibly not possible. All I know when my wife and I visited there in 2002 a dollar was equivalent to 1.15 Euros.
