The fact is, Bearss signed the exact same contract that I did when he came to work for MPS, the same contract thousands of others have. He knew exactly what the contract said about living in Milwaukee as a condition of employment, and he admittedly engaged in a "don't ask, don't tell" dodge of that exact provision of the contract.
